Chris Fitzgerald

Chris Fitzgerald, Managing Director, was responsible for setting up the country's first dedicated payroll recruitment division in 1987.

Chris later left to set up the first commercial trade magazine for the payroll industry. The first issue of 'The Payroller' magazine was launched in November 1990. In 1993, 'The Payroller' was re-launched as 'PAY' magazine and in 1994 Gee Publishing, part of a global publishing giant, acquired the magazine. Chris launched the 'Gee Payroll Awards' in 1995 along with setting up conferences and exhibitions while continuing to run the magazine until 1997.

During 1995, while still working as Managing Editor on Pay Magazine, Chris launched Chase Moulande. Chris writes for a number of leading publications on recruitment related topics. In 1997, Chris won the 'Jean Strathearn Award' for services to the payroll industry.

In 2001, Chris launched Payroll World, a monthly payroll magazine and payroll training company.
