John joined Chase Moulande as a Non-Executive Director in 2004 and was appointed Chairman in 2005.

Having worked for CMG (LogicaCMG) at director level for many years, more recently John was the operations director of their HR and payroll outsourcing business, having previously headed up the Government payroll division. Prior to that, he ran CMG’s payroll services division aimed at small to medium sized businesses.

With an extensive knowledge of the payroll market place, John not only brings an in-depth understanding of payroll, but also the hands-on experience of growing each of the business units he directed whilst at CMG.
