We are working with a reputable business in Sidcup, They are recruiting for a HR Assistant to join them on a 6 month FTC. This may be extended

You must have experience of dealing with low level employee relations issues not just shadowing. This is absolutely essential.

Duties

Work with the HR Advisor/ Business Partner for specific business areas to maximise performance and minimise employee relations disputes.

Point of contact for queries, investigating, responding and advising managers on ad hoc queries

Support the HR service in managing the employee relations case load, , including sickness absence management, disciplinary, grievance exit interviews, note taking, probation process and fixed term contract status

This position will require some travel to London sites depending on needs of the business
