Payroll Supervisor

I have a new opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor to join a collaborative and supportive company based in East Sussex. This is immediate and permanent and in which the client will look to schedule in interviews over the next week.

Key Duties: -

Working for a variety of clients, the payroll team manages in excess of 400 payrolls of varying sizes and complexities.

The role will be to work closely with the Payroll Manager and to assist in the day-to-day running of the team and managing all areas of complex payroll.

Payroll Assistant

Our client is seeking for a Payroll Assistant to join their team and of which is immediate and on a permanent basis. This is a junior position and does not require any experience as training will be provided.

Key duties:

• Processing payrolls / finalising payrolls
• Administration support
• Auto Enrolment Administration support
• Answering the external phone line for the payroll department.
• Filing and maintaining the electronic and paper filing system.
• Submitting the Real Time Information reports electronically
• Updating control sheets
• Assisting with HMRC queries
• Ad hoc typing support / Composing letters
• Printing various letters / documents
• Keeping the files up to date
• Passing non-payroll enquiries to relevant department on behalf of the client
• Assisting with letters dealing with payroll / PAYE returns / HMRC
• Provide support on various tasks
• Supporting the department with distribution of various documents and uploading schedules.
• Ordering of various supplies
• Any ad-hoc requests by the payroll manager, payroll senior and payroll administrator

Payroll Administrator

The rate of pay is £24,000
Location: Birmingham

We are currently working on an exciting new opportunity based in South Birmingham – our client is seeking an experienced x7 Payroll Administrators to join their fast-paced large organisation

They are building a brand new team for an upcoming project which the business are working on from November – this is a 1 year FTC with a strong possibility of going permanent

Duties: Processing high volumes of payroll including manual calculations – SSP, SMP, SAP, ensuring payments are correct, reports and returns are made to HMRC the pension providers and other statutory bodies and answering queries from staff or external bodies promptly, Process starters and leavers, RTIs & Auto enrolment

Candidates will have experience:

• Processing payroll start to finish - including manual calculations and have good knowledge of HMRC legislation
• Ability to work well under pressure and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Previous experience within an accountancy firm is desirable
• 6 months experience minimum required

Learning and Development Manager

The rate of pay is £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

Duties:

• Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
• Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
• Maintaining and building excellent relationships with external learning providers or facilitators
• Create and execute learning strategies and programs
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
• Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
• Track budgets and negotiate contracts
• Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists

Experience working within a professional services firm with an excellent understanding of the regulatory environment as well as the fast paced nature.

Minimum 3-4 years’ proven experience within L&D positions is essential.

Payroll Administrator

Our client is seeking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team in St Neots and of which is immediate and on a permanent basis. You will be in charge of managing a range of clients so this will suit an individual who thrives in a busy and fast-moving environment.

Salary of up to £22,000 per annum (potentially negotiable) and with parking available on-site.

Key duties include:
• Processing weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll for a range of clients.
• Using payroll software such as Iris, Sage and the HMRC tool kit.
• Processing new starters and leavers
• Calculate statutory deductions including PAYE, National Insurance, Student Loans etc.
• RTI Submissions
• Assist with HMRC enquiries.
• Answering phone calls from clients and putting them through to the relevant member of staff.
