Exciting opportunity to join a niche Recruitment Consultancy with 20+ years experience in providing Payroll & HR professionals from Executive to Administrator.

Due to expansion - we are looking for recruitment consultants with either a minimum of 1 year’s recruitment experience, or experienced Senior Consultants - ideally from the HR or Accountancy & Finance sector. All sectors will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have the entrepreneurialism and drive to quickly grow their desk and take advantage of the excellent name that we have within our sector.

We are seeking individuals who understand the core principles of recruitment including quality client and candidate care and who can demonstrate previous success and drive.

The ideal candidate will be provided with the full support and encouragement of the management and team.

Established and respected organisation is seeking a Payroll Officer to work as part of a team processing monthly payroll for 1700 employees

Working with the Payroll Manager – duties will include:
• Delivery of an accurate start to finish payroll process on a monthly basis
• Administering SSP, SMP, SPP
• RTI submission
• Month & Year End reporting & reconciliation
• Pension Auto Enrolment
• Employee payroll queries

Candidates will have solid experience of start to finish payroll, confident with manual calculations and have detailed knowledge of HMRC legislation etc.

Payroll Manager

Payroll Manager required in London on a permanent basis,

Main duties include; Implementing new payroll processes & procedures, ensure all payrolls are processed on-time, Invoicing (Including Self Bill), communicating with clients to ensure all timesheets/payroll information is received, maintaining pensions database, produce MI reports on a weekly/monthly basis, deal with all payroll related queries from employees & third parties and team management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive UK payroll knowledge, experience of working in a fast paced environment, ideally weekly high volume payrolls and experience of streamlining processes/procedures

Payroll Supervisor

A market leading business in London requires an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join their expanding team to work alongside the Payroll Manager. Someone who has worked in a fast pace environment such as a Payroll bureau or maybe an Umbrella service would be advantageous. Supervisory experience will be required for this position.
