Global Reward Analyst - Cambridge - £43,500

The Global Reward Analyst will take responsibility for the Reward function of an established international business.

Working as part of the HR team, the successful candidate will have ownership of various compensation activities including the end to end annual reward cycle, bench marking, pay & bonus reviews and the evaluation, renewal and management of benefit plans.

Candidates will have demonstrable experience of working in a similar role – ideally with broader HR experience and have excellent project management skills

Candidates with be analytical and have the ability to analyse, manipulate and model complex data

Our client is an accountancy practice in Cambridge. They are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a 12 month FTC to cover maternity

You will be working as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with statutory policies

Duties will include

Working within a small team supporting the Payroll Manager, you will:

Processing a portfolio of client payrolls and liaising directly with clients as required
Setting up and registering new payroll schemes with HMRC
Applying for P11D dispensations and PSA’s (PAYE Settlement Agreements)
Producing payslips, associated accounting reports and HMRC payment schedules
Processing BACS payments in connection with salaries, HMRC liabilities, drawings, staff expenses and supplier payments
Processing statutory calculations
Dealing with payroll year end reports and submissions, along with monthly RTI requirements
Working with clients to ensure they are auto-enrolment compliant •
Liaising with clients as required
