Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will administer and process EMEA payroll.

The ideal candidate must be process driven, come from a strategic and payroll transformation background and must be able to hit the ground running

The role is project focused (6 month FTC) and requires a payroll professional with previous experience of working in a similar assignment ideally with knowledge of the implementation lifespan

Applicants will have good payroll knowledge and ideally have experience of data migration, parallel runs etc

Opportunity to take responsibility for the Payroll & Benefits function of a multi-site payroll.

The successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of colleagues providing a holistic service

In addition to the day to day function of the department – the successful candidate will ensure be responsible for internal and external reporting including statutory return

The successful candidate will be a hands-on payroll professional with the ability to manage the team and take responsibility for process improvements through identification and action and work with colleagues to support the Reward function including salary reviews, benchmarking etc
