Our client is an established UK company, part of a larger European entity
The position is Compensation & Benefits Manager (Payroll & Pensions Manager) with a requirement to take ownership of the outsourced payroll function (circa 900 employees), associated pension provision and administer the broader reward and benefits.
Candidates will have extensive payroll and compensation & benefits knowledge with demonstrable experience of managing vendor relationships.
In addition to operational knowledge, experience of reviewing and project managing the implementation of new vendors would be advantageous
