Our client is an established business based in Cheadle, Manchester. They are actively recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. You will be the go to person for any payroll queries and matters. You will need to have advanced Excel and be comfortable with VLOOK ups

Main Purpose of the Role:

To provide and administer an accurate payroll service to all employees (via an external payroll bureau) in accordance with Government, Pension and Audit regulations, procedures and deadlines. To operate efficient day to day payroll functions, providing guidance and advice on payroll statutory regulations for staff and managers.

Our client is a well-known business based in Thame, Oxfordshire. They are actively recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. You will need to have good experience of processing UK Payroll from start to finish, including manual calculations.

Main Purpose of the Role:

Being part of our Payroll Team means you will ensure the smooth running of the payroll function by providing administrative support to the Payroll and Pension Administrators

Ensure all payroll support procedures are completed accurately and in a timely manner;
Regularly communicate with various departments within the business;
Support Payroll and Pensions Administrators on a Four Weekly and a monthly payroll
Investigate and resolve payroll queries;
Collect, compile and prepare payroll documents for processing;
Assist the Human Resources team as required;

Our client has an urgent requirement for a Payroll Assistant for ongoing temporary work. This is paying between £9 and £12 p.p.h PAYE depending on experience

• Maintain accurate payroll information
• Processing of payroll reports for authorisation
• Processing payments to HMRC
• Process invoices and credit onto the accounting software
• Issue statements to customers
• Chase overdue debt
• Maintain credit limit to customers’ accounts and ensure that these limits are adhered to
• Month end debtor reporting
