Payroll & Benefits Officer(EMEA) required in London on a permanent basis,
Main duties will include: Managing multiple EMEA payrolls including UK, collating and uploading payroll data, ensuring the payroll department is compliant at all times, act as the main point of contact for all 3rd parties, process company benefits, generate reports and assist the payroll manager with the smooth processing of all payrolls.
The ideal candidate will have experience of processing a UK payroll from start to finish plus exposure to EMEA payrolls, in-depth UK payroll legislation knowledge, vendor management and solid systems experience.
Payroll Admin with fluent German speaking skills

Perm -up to £36.000 depending on experience
My client is an established business in Central London, they are in the market to recruit a Payroll Administrator with good start to finish experience and fluent German (verbal and written). This is ESSENTIAL for this position
Roles and Responsibilities
Process and submit all frequencies of payrolls including RTI, year-end returns and P60’s.
Responsible for maintaining own portfolio of clients and ensuring payrolls are completed accurately and on time.
Deal with employee and clients’ queries.
Maintain and update all payroll data, including auto enrolment pension obligations.
Liaise with HM Revenue and Customs when necessary.
Update all statutory payments as appropriate, e.g. SSP, SMP, OSPP etc.
Any other payroll related duties.
