The ideal candidate will have managed a UK payroll from start to finish. Experience of liaising with National external agencies and managing all tax enquiries. Developing new solutions to impact company wide issues/errors.

Project Accountant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Accountant based in Surrey.

Main duties will include: Work with the project managers assisting them in identifying and understanding the financial drivers impacting the delivery of their programmes, support the business development team with cost and price modelling influencing responses to competitive tenders and open bids, provide assistance to the commercial team reviewing potential financial impact during contract negotiations (i.e. cashflow, change in scope etc.), Ad-hoc reporting and analysis to meet the requirements of the senior management team and establish strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Interim Payroll Manager

Interim Payroll Manager required for a 6 month contract based in Surrey.

Main duties will include, overseeing multiple UK payrolls, supervising a small team, manage the expense & pensions function, submission of payroll returns Inc RTI and to deal with all escalated payroll queries.

The ideal candidate will be available immediately and have previous payroll management experience. You will also need to possess in-depth legislation knowledge and have excellent systems experience.

Supervising the payroll team and reporting to the Payroll Manager – the successful candidate will assist with the delivery of multi payrolls, ensuring a holistic service in accordance with agreed SLAs

Applicants will have experience of supervising or managing colleagues or demonstrable / proven involvement of mentoring colleagues or deputising

Applicants will have experience of start to finish payroll either within a client payroll environment or high volume in-house.
