Main Purpose of the Role:

To support the office in maintaining up to date records and administration

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintaining office data bases
Order office stationery and supplies as required
Processing expenses
Submit expense reports using excel spreadsheets
Inputting employees numbers accurately
Updating excel spreadsheets
Maintain a filing system for data for clients and external partners
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Organise, store and print company documents as needed
Answer and redirect phone calls
Handle queries from managers and employees
Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
