Fantastic opportunity to work for an established Chartered Accountancy and respected client payroll provider located in St Albans

Supervising the payroll team and reporting to the Payroll Manager - the successful candidate will assist with the delivery of multi payrolls, ensuring a holistic service in accordance with agreed SLAs

Applicants will have experience of start to finish payroll within a client payroll environment with the ability to manage and build client relationships

Applicants will have experience of supervising or managing a payroll team including mentoring and supporting colleagues

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator based in Hemel Hempstead on a permanent basis,

Main duties include, processing high volume UK payrolls from start to finish, checking and validating payroll data, RTI submissions and dealing with payroll queries.

Our Client is a respected firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors

They are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their busy team providing client payroll services.

Candidates will have experience of high volume, multi payroll

The ideal candidates will have experience of client payroll within a Bureau or Practice environment and ideally have used STAR.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and process the bureau/client payroll (weekly & monthly)
Administer P45/P46 documents as necessary
BACS & RTI returns
Process queries from clients and external agencies such as HMRC

Payroll Assistant

PAYROLL ASSISTANT required ASAP for an independent business in Hertfordshire (commutable from Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead). This is a permanent position

Knowledge (not so much experience) of the IR35 is required. Will be assisting the department manager running the payroll from end to end.
