Our client in Central London are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is seeking progression within their payroll career.

Duties:
Processing payroll from start to finish including:
- Collate information and produce information to payroll providers
- Check the payroll reports and authorize the reports
- HMRC NIC and PAYE payment
- FPS, EPS, P11d and year end
- Statutory payments SMP, SSP, SPP
- Processing starters checklist, P45 and P60

The person:
- Strong IT skills including payroll systems, MS word and Excel
- Experience within processing high volume payroll from start to finish
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills with an organised and methodical approach

Our client are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join them in their office based in the West End, London.

THE ROLE

- Processing start to finish high volume payroll bi-weekly, weekly and monthly in a fast paced environment.

THE PERSON

- They are looking for a good solid Payroll Administrator with 2/3+ years’ experience, this person would have excellent knowledge of UK payroll legislation and the ability to process high volume payrolls within a busy, fast paced environment. Good excel skills including Vlookups.

Payroll Manager

Our client is an established provider of payroll services to a growing client base. The requirement is for a Payroll Manager to take ownership of the provision of payroll services.

Main Responsibilities of the role include

• Processing and managing a selection of client payrolls
• ‘Go To’ expert for complex payroll queries
• Communication with clients regarding payroll queries, payroll issues and problem solving
• Responsible for ensuring the company communicates clearly to their clients on all PAYE statutory issues
• Ensuring that all statutory changes are tested before being implemented across clients

Additional Responsibilities

• Client visits, either accompanying a team member, or meeting their portfolio of clients on their own
• Team training as required

Applicants will have either supervisory or managerial experience within a client payroll provider and have excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be CIPP qualified
