Global organisation is seeking to engage a Reward, Compensation & Benefits professional to take responsibility for leading the strategic planning and delivery of the Reward and Performance initiatives across the group

Working as part of the C&B and Reward function, the successful candidate will be supported by a team to manage and deliver a portfolio of products and processes in variable compensation & pay.

Candidates will have a successful career in Reward, in particular solid compensation & benefits experience within a large corporate structure ideally global and have demonstrable experience of project management delivery
