Payroll Administrator - London

Opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join a busy payroll team – assisting with the UK & EMEA payroll processing. The successful candidate will be provided with a great opportunity to develop their payroll career within a fast paced, supportive environment.

Duties will include:
• Payroll support & administration across the EMEA region including UK
• Benefits support & administration across the EMEA region including UK
• Assisting with the reconciliation of reports

Applicants will have experience of UK payroll processing – EMEA would be an advantage

An established business in London is recruiting for Payroll Manager for a permanent opportunity

Experience of Oracle preferred but not essential

Day to day:

Control of the team’s day-to-day operational activities
Management of the Payroll team, development and support to staff.
Key contact for ongoing relationships
Interpretation of financial information and provision of advice to senior managers.
Influencing managers and staff to adhere to policies and procedures, improve business practices and adopt new procedures where appropriate.

Payroll Manager (Sole)

Payroll Manager(Sole) required in London on a permanent basis,

Main duties include; Processing multiple payrolls on a weekly basis, Invoicing (Including Self Bill), communicating with clients to ensure all timesheets/payroll information is received, maintaining pensions database, produce MI reports on a weekly/monthly basis, deal with all payroll related queries from employees & third parties and Implementing new payroll processes & procedures.

The ideal candidate will have extensive UK payroll knowledge, experience of working in a stand-alone payroll position, ideally weekly high volume payrolls and experience of streamlining processes/procedures.
