Our client is a leading industry name in the financial sector. They are in the market to recruit for a Global Services Director, working with managers to partner level staff.
This position is at a senior level with an established outsourcing practice. They have been a successful part of the wider group for over 15 years. The department services a portfolio of overseas owned clients that range from subsidiaries of listed groups, venture capitalist and private equity entities and large family owned businesses.
Assistance is provided with bookkeeping, management reporting, VAT compliance and other such matters that would otherwise be completed by an in house accounting team
You must be able to manage a range of individuals from different backgrounds and at different levels of seniority, both internally and at clients. From a client perspective you will be expected to charge around 1,000 hours per year. This will be a combination of client relationship time, understanding clients in order to cross sell, both hot and cold file reviews of work undertaken by others and resolution of more involved queries and accounting/VAT/CIS issues. Technical support is available within the group in all such areas with the director being responsible for identifying when matters need escalating to such a resource.
Directors provide the leadership for Global Services and as such the directors should be seen to exemplify core values and commitments to client service. You will be expected to exercise sound commercial judgement in the management of your portfolio, which will, after a period of transition, be around £1.5m in recurring fees.
Excellent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in West London on a permanent basis.
Main duties include: Processing both weekly and monthly UK payrolls from start to finish, calculating manual payments, dealing with payroll related queries from employees and 3rd parties, processing statutory obligations such as SSP and SMP and pension administration.
The ideal candidate will have processed UK payroll within an in-house environment, have the ability to process manual calculations and have excellent UK payroll legislation knowledge

An established business in London is recruiting for Payroll Manager for a permanent opportunity
Experience of Oracle preferred but not essential
Day to day:
Control of the team’s day-to-day operational activities
Management of the Payroll team, development and support to staff.
Key contact for ongoing relationships
Interpretation of financial information and provision of advice to senior managers.
Influencing managers and staff to adhere to policies and procedures, improve business practices and adopt new procedures where appropriate.
Payroll Manager(Sole) required in London on a permanent basis,
Main duties include; Processing multiple payrolls on a weekly basis, Invoicing (Including Self Bill), communicating with clients to ensure all timesheets/payroll information is received, maintaining pensions database, produce MI reports on a weekly/monthly basis, deal with all payroll related queries from employees & third parties and Implementing new payroll processes & procedures.
The ideal candidate will have extensive UK payroll knowledge, experience of working in a stand-alone payroll position, ideally weekly high volume payrolls and experience of streamlining processes/procedures.
