Fantastic opportunity for a Reward Analyst to take responsibility for the Reward function of an established international business

Working as part of the HR team, the successful candidate will have ownership of various compensation activities including the end to end annual reward cycle, benchmarking, pay & bonus reviews and the evaluation, renewal and management of benefit plans.

Applicants will have demonstrable experience of working in a similar role – ideally with broader HR experience and have excellent project management skills

Candidates with be analytical and have the ability to analyse, manipulate and model complex data
