Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking to develop your career within an established employer?
My client offers payroll Software and Services to an enviable customer base, with coverage across the United Kingdom.
They are currently recruiting within their Software Support department for experienced customer Service professional to provide support and technical advice to their customers
The successful candidate will process support queries via phone, email or online and answer or pass on to colleagues to be resolved
Applicants will have experience within a similar environment with the ability to deal effectively in a friendly, competent and swift manner
The ideal candidate will have good IT knowledge and / or exposure to payroll – although full training will be given
My client is an established and respected local employer located in the centre of Brighton
They have a new requirement for an experienced Administrator to provide broad support across their client services team, delivering comprehensive office administration
Duties will include:
• Client care & administration – including the on-boarding of new and upkeep of existing
• General office administration including some HR duties
• Working with internal teams (sales, Accounts etc.) providing admin and ad-hoc support
Applicants will be proven administrators with demonstrable experience of succeeding in a similar office based role.
Applicants will be meticulous with excellent attention to detail
Applicants will have excellent communication skills (in person & telephone)
Applicants will have confident knowledge of Word & Excel
