Global Mobility Tax Manager required for an established and growing organisation in London.
Working as part of the Global Mobility Tax team - the successful candidate will deliver expatriate tax services including tax advice and consulting services to international clients and executives

Role and Responsibilities include
• Manage the day to day work for a portfolio of clients
• Work with the internal teams including Social Security and Employment Tax to ensure seamless service delivery
• Ensure clients are provided with up to date information on UK Tax developments
• Lead and Project Manage advisory tax projects on behalf of clients

Applicants will be Expatriate Tax professionals and have demonstrable experience of providing Global Mobility Tax advice - covering tax, social security, process and policy – ideally as a Manager or seeking to move into this level

HR Payroll Administrator

I have a new HR Payroll Administrator position that has arisen for a global firm, for their office in London. This is a hybrid opportunity and the client are looking to interview immediately.

This is a stand-alone payroll position, reporting to the HR Director.

Sole responsibility for processing the UK monthly payroll for over 400 employees, including:
Working alongside the outsourced payroll provider to ensure the payroll is processed accurately and on time with minimal errors
Working alongside HR to ensure that all payroll changes are tracked
Inputting all payroll changes into the system
Working alongside the Finance team to ensure that the control account is clear
Complete end of year processes such as P11Ds and P60s
Being the first point of contact for all employee payroll queries
Being the first point of contact for all HMRC queries
Responsibility for managing the Company pension scheme, including:
Monthly uploads to our pension provider
Being the first point of contact for all pension queries
Collating and analysing data for internal and external reports, such as Gender Pay Gap Reporting and our industry salary survey

Payroll Assistant

Our client is seeking for a Payroll Assistant to join their team and of which is immediate and on a permanent basis. This is a junior position and does not require any experience as training will be provided.

Key duties:

• Processing payrolls / finalising payrolls
• Administration support
• Auto Enrolment Administration support
• Answering the external phone line for the payroll department.
• Filing and maintaining the electronic and paper filing system.
• Submitting the Real Time Information reports electronically
• Updating control sheets
• Assisting with HMRC queries
• Ad hoc typing support / Composing letters
• Printing various letters / documents
• Keeping the files up to date
• Passing non-payroll enquiries to relevant department on behalf of the client
• Assisting with letters dealing with payroll / PAYE returns / HMRC
• Provide support on various tasks
• Supporting the department with distribution of various documents and uploading schedules.
• Ordering of various supplies
• Any ad-hoc requests by the payroll manager, payroll senior and payroll administrator
