PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR – PART TIME
SALARY PAYING UP TO 30K PRO RATA
We have an exciting new opportunity which has arisen in Buckinghamshire, our client are seeking an experienced payroll coordinator to join them on a permanent part-time basis.
Processing high volumes of payroll from start to finish.
Compute employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes.
Answering queries about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
Follow payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
Previous experience in a similar position providing multi or high volume payrolls.
Experience in processing start to finish payroll is essential.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
CIPP Payroll qualification desirable but not essential.
Our client is an established provider of professional services to a growing client base.
The requirement is for a Payroll Specialist to work as part of a team processing multi payrolls for a portfolio of clients.
Main Responsibilities of the role include
• Processing and managing a selection of client payrolls - weekly & monthly
• Communication with clients regarding payroll queries, payroll issues and problem solving
• Calculation of SSP, SMP, SAP etc.
• Assisting with reconciliation and year end process
Candidate will have experience of processing weekly and monthly payrolls within a client payroll environment
