HRIS Solutions Specialist required for a global organisation located in London

Working as part of the HRIS team - the successful candidate will assist with the management of the Human Resource Information System, to coordinate the provision of information and oversee functionality, day to day operation and associated projects

Duties include
• Provide SME advice for all or part of the system
• Data management - including quality and integrity
• Oversee support, maintenance and back-up procedure
• Oversee system improvement and development
• Lead or assist with Projects as required

Applicants be experienced HRIS professionals – with good knowledge of enterprise software systems – ideally Workday

Our client is seeking an experienced payroll consultant to join them on an interim basis in their office based in the City of London.

The ideal candidate must be process driven, come from a strategic and payroll transformation background and must be able to hit the ground running.

Duties:

• Review current processes and controls
• Implement changes in payroll processes and procedures
• Create new payroll polices
• Ensure the department is fully complaint and prepared for future audits
• Work along IR35 team to ensure the payroll department is fully compliant with new legislation

Opportunity to take responsibility for the Payroll & Benefits function of a multi-site payroll, leading, managing and motivating a team of payroll colleagues to provide a holistic service

In addition to the day to day function of the department – the successful candidate will ensure be responsible for internal and external reporting including statutory return

The successful candidate will also take responsibility for process improvements through identification and action and work with colleagues to support the Reward function including salary reviews, benchmarking etc
