Established and respected organisation is seeking a Payroll Officer to work as part of a team processing monthly payroll for 1000+ employees

Working with the Payroll Manager – duties will include:

• Delivery of an accurate start to finish payroll process on a monthly basis
• Administering SSP, SMP, SPP
• RTI submission
• Month & Year End reporting & reconciliation
• Pension Auto Enrolment
• Employee payroll queries

Candidates will have solid experience of start to finish payroll, confident with manual calculations and have detailed knowledge of HMRC legislation etc.

Experience of using ADP Freedom is an advantage

Payroll Assistant

Our client is seeking for a Payroll Assistant to join their team and of which is immediate and on a permanent basis. This is a junior position and does not require any experience as training will be provided.

Key duties:

• Processing payrolls / finalising payrolls
• Administration support
• Auto Enrolment Administration support
• Answering the external phone line for the payroll department.
• Filing and maintaining the electronic and paper filing system.
• Submitting the Real Time Information reports electronically
• Updating control sheets
• Assisting with HMRC queries
• Ad hoc typing support / Composing letters
• Printing various letters / documents
• Keeping the files up to date
• Passing non-payroll enquiries to relevant department on behalf of the client
• Assisting with letters dealing with payroll / PAYE returns / HMRC

• Any ad-hoc requests by the payroll manager, payroll senior and payroll administrator

Payroll/HR Administrator

Our client is seeking for an experienced Payroll/HR Administrator to join their collaborative team in West London . This is a dual position and require a "hands-on" approach as you will be the first point of contact for payroll and hr queries. You must have manual calculation experience.

With a salary of up to £26,000 per annum (potentially negotiable) and with parking available on-site.


- CIPD level 3 preferable or qualified by experience

Working as part of the Finance team – the successful candidate will process monthly payroll for circa 400 employees in addition administer the pension scheme.

Candidates will have experience of processing payroll start to finish using Sage - including manual calculations and have good knowledge of HMRC legislation and reporting including P60, P11Ds and P35 returns.

In addition working knowledge of pension scheme administration. Broader experience of accounting will be an advantage
