HRIS Solutions Manager required for a global organisation in London

Managing and leading the HRIS team - the successful candidate will take ownership of the department and manage the system administration and global configuration of the Human Resource Information System (Workday) including coordinating the provision of information and overseeing functionality, day to day operations and all associated projects

Duties include

• Managing and leading the team
• Monitor functionality – ensuring opportunities for improvement etc
• Investigate new functionality
• Spearhead the configuration through development lifecycle
• Harmonise data architecture including changes and additions
• Lead / manage multiple Projects as required

Applicants be experienced HRIS Workday professionals – with demonstrable experience of managing and motivating teams within a global organisation
