Payroll Supervisor
Hampshire
The rate of pay is £35,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to manage train and develop a team of administrators and be responsible for managing and operating the payroll system with the greatest level of accuracy and efficiency.

Duties:

Responsible for leadership of a team of administrators in the day to day running of client payrolls accurately and on time
Running start to finish payrolls including manual calculations and knowledge of statutory deductions (SMP, SPP, SSP etc)
Liaise with HMRC, pension providers and other third parties on a regular basis
Managing and resolving all payroll queries from clients and employees
Ensure all payroll procedures are documented and regularly updated

Requirements:

Experience of start to finish payroll processing, experience managing/supervising a small team and experience processing client payroll within a Accountancy Practice is essential.

Seeking an International Payroll Specialist for a well-established business based in the City of London.

Duties:
Processing start to finish UK & International payroll including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP
Year-end processing (P60’s, P11d’s, end of year statements)
To provide payroll advice and respond to employee queries
Investigate, reconcile and correct payroll data issues, discrepancies and errors
Liaising with HMRC – sending monthly RTI submissions
Liaising with the Pension providers
Inputting and checking starters/leavers declarations

Candidates will have experience:
Experience working within a similar position 2/3 years+ experience
Experience processing start to finish payroll – including manual calculation’s, liaising with HMRC, RTI submissions & benefits processing
Previous experience with EMEA & APAC payrolls is desirable
Working knowledge of current payroll legislation and regulations
Pensions processing experience also a requirement

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to be responsible for managing and operating the payroll system with the greatest level of accuracy and efficiency.

Duties:
Processing a wide variety of payrolls for clients
Dealing directly with client queries
Liaising with HRMC around employee payments
Liaising with the Pension providers
Inputting and checking starters/leavers declarations, P45s, P6/9s, holiday pay, salaries, worked hours, overtime, expenses, mileage, bonus payments, statutory payments, including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP

Candidates will have experience:
At least minimum of 2 years’ experience in PAYE and other payroll processes, including RTI and Auto Enrolment
Previous exposure to end-to-end processing
Payroll bureau and client lifecycle experience essential
Able to confidently complete manual calculations

• Ability to work well under pressure and ability to work to tight deadlines
