Payroll Administrator
Job reference number: BS5576
The rate of pay is £23,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Kent

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to be responsible for managing and operating the payroll system with the greatest level of accuracy and efficiency.

Duties:
Processing a wide variety of payrolls for clients
Dealing directly with client queries
Liaising with HRMC around employee payments
Liaising with the Pension providers
Inputting and checking starters/leavers declarations, P45s, P6/9s, holiday pay, salaries, worked hours, overtime, expenses, mileage, bonus payments, statutory payments, including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP

Candidates will have experience:
At least minimum of 2 years’ experience in PAYE and other payroll processes, including RTI and Auto Enrolment
Previous exposure to end-to-end processing
Payroll bureau and client lifecycle experience essential
Able to confidently complete manual calculations
