JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to growth, my client is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer around the Reading area. The ability to manage relationships is key in addition to managing various payroll. Start to finish experience is a must for this role. Those with practise or bureau experience is highly desirable.

This is ONLY available to those that are UK based and have experience running a UK payroll.

Working as an integral part of the Payroll team – the successful candidate will take responsibility for the administration of Expatriate payrolls for Inbound and Outbound assignees for their Clients

Applicants will have knowledge of Expat payroll processing either in-house or working with providers or bureaus

The ideal candidate will have experience of processing Shadow payrolls with knowledge of Tax Equalisation / Hypo Taxation / Modified Payroll etc

candidates will also have knowledge of UK payroll processing

Payroll Specialist

Payroll Specialist required in Slough on a Permanent basis.

Main duties include: Processing monthly UK payrolls, checking & validating payrolls, working closely with the payroll vendor, processing company benefits, reconciliations & reporting, integrating internal systems and update & maintain payroll processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a busy payroll department processing complex UK payrolls, excellent payroll legislation knowledge and extensive systems experience is essential.
