Unique opportunity to join an innovative Shared Services Centre and take responsibility for the Payroll, HR Transaction and HRIS function for this pioneering service to a large multi-sited workforce

Working with HR and IT colleagues, the successful candidate will be influential in establishing, streamlining and managing a high quality and responsive offering combining multi departments ensuring quality service delivery within the expected SLAs

The successful candidate will lead, manage and motivate line managers and their reports, providing both day to day operation and a broader strategic outlook

Candidates will come from a similar fast paced environment, with a broad skillset to include transactional Payroll & HR, Project and Change Management
