JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is an established provider of payroll services to a growing client base. The requirement is for a Payroll Manager to take ownership of the provision of payroll services.

Main Responsibilities of the role include

• Processing and managing a selection of client payrolls
• ‘Go To’ expert for complex payroll queries
• Communication with clients regarding payroll queries, payroll issues and problem solving
• Responsible for ensuring the company communicates clearly to their clients on all PAYE statutory issues
• Ensuring that all statutory changes are tested before being implemented across clients

Additional Responsibilities

• Client visits, either accompanying a team member, or meeting their portfolio of clients on their own
• Team training as required

Applicants will have either supervisory or managerial experience within a client payroll provider and have excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be CIPP qualified
