Global business located close to Feltham / Hatton Cross is seeking a Reward Specialist to join their team
Working as part of the HR function– the successful candidate will support the Global Head in working with senior colleagues to support the delivery of the global reward strategy and compensation across the business. In addition take responsibility for the global mobility activity – across their worldwide locations
The successful candidate will focus on all areas of provision including base salary, bonus and benefits including incentive programmes / share plans etc
Responsibilities will include modelling and analysis, grading and benchmarking and market assessment and guidance to internal business partners.
Candidates will have demonstrable experience of succeeding within a similar technical and delivery environment.

Main duties include Processing monthly payrolls on a sole basis from start to finish, processing company benefits, reconciliations and reporting, ensure the payroll department is compliant at all times, build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a sole Payroll & Benefits role previously, excellent payroll legislation knowledge and extensive systems experience.
