Unique role to work as an HR Global Mobility Analyst working with International HR colleagues
The successful candidate will have responsibility for analysing and monitoring dated related to international business travelers working with internal colleagues and Expatriate Tax advisors to advise on employment and expatriate tax matters for the EMEA and US regions
Candidates will ideally have experience of:
• Researching, analysing and interpreting key data and statistics
• Advising on Global Mobility processes
• Short-Term Business Visitors (STBV) knowledge
• Identifying traveller tax risk, efficiencies and opportunities
• Some knowledge of global tax
Applicants will have demonstrable analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge
An experienced Payroll Officer required in a busy office in the Birmingham area to start ASAP. Prior experience running and end to end payroll is a must.

Working as part of the HR department and reporting to the Benefits Manager the successful candidate will take ownership for the day to day provision of the Benefits function across multiple offices, supervising the benefits team.
Candidates will experienced Benefits professionals with demonstrable expertise in providing specialist benefits knowledge to the employer and employees in respect of eligibility compliance and legislative changes etc.
The set-up, maintenance and administration of benefit plans (pension, medical, dental, life insurance etc.)
Obtaining quotes, managing various schemes including entitlement and renewals
Applicants will either be experienced benefits professionals, with experience of direct benefit administration or expertise through generalist HR duties
