Global organisation, located in Birmingham is recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join their team – working as part of a larger HR function

The Reward Analyst will be an integral part of the department, with responsibility for ensuring seamless delivery of the variable compensation and fixed pay review process in the UK and globally

Applicants will have experience of achieving in a similar role within HR, ideally reward specific in a large, complex business – ideally global

Applicants will have a demonstrable experience of:
