HR Reward Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Reward Analyst to join them in their office based in York – it is to join a collaborative and innovative business, who pride themselves with holding strong values. This is a permanent opportunity and with immediate interviews available.


Key Duties:

Salary benchmarking
Reporting such as P11D, diversity and gender pay gap
Benefits administration
Supporting the annual pay review cycle
Providing analytics for reward projects
Preparation of analysis and material to support engagement with senior management on reward topics.
Working closely with the payroll team in relation to pensions and benefits
Our ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team and independently; be confident in all areas of reward and able to communicate clearly on their specialist subject. They will be flexible in working style and able to work on well-defined projects as well as developing project activities from scratch.
