Duties will include


You will need to ensure payroll and any projects are completed effectively, accurately and in a timely manner
Completing month end procedures and reconciliation, ensuring all payments are paid correctly and on time to third party bodies.
Calculation and processing of statutory declarations, ensuring all relevant returns and payments are completed in accordance with HMRC current legislation
Monitoring new starters and leavers, processing changes to terms and conditions of employment, promotions, and pay changes
Processing monthly auto enrolment and updating information on the system
Administration of employee holiday entitlements
Ability to develop systems and tools to facilitate timely and accurate financial and KPI reporting
Primary responsibility will be to ensure that key information for the monthly payroll is up to date, accurate and compliant with current legislation
Any other duties that are deemed necessary to support the business.

Applicants will either be working in a similar position or be an experienced payroll professional – ideally with supervisory or management experience. The successful candidate will:

Provide pre-sale consultancy with the sales team
Work with the implementation team to plan and implement the payroll software – Project managing from start to finish
Provide guidance and train the client’s employees in the use of the product
Assist with the production of training material – either for face to face or self-leaning
Provide post implementation support as required

In addition to having the required industry knowledge, applicants will have client facing skills and be able to travel to various client sites within their designated region
