Chris Fitzgerald

CEO, Founder

Chris has been instrumental in delivering products and services to the payroll community for many years, having established the first payroll recruitment consultancy over two decades ago.

An award winner and ambassador for the payroll community, Chris launched the first payroll magazine in the UK and in continuing her quest to bring payroll out of the shadows, she launched the first payroll awards ceremony, elevating the payroll function to the forefront of UK businesses.

Chris set up Chase Moulande in the mid 90s and the company has become a trusted brand within the payroll recruitment arena.  

Anthony Baker

Director

Anthony is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 17 years’ experience. He has managed large recruitment teams and has a hands on approach, leading by example.

Anthony first joined Chase Moulande in 2009 as a senior recruiter and has seven years’ experience within the payroll & HR sector. He has extensive knowledge of payroll, compensation & benefits sectors.  

In 2015 he was appointed to the board of Directors and oversees the day to day running of the business. 

Richard Ashley

Associate Director

Richard is a passionate and results orientated 'player manager' with over 12 years’ experience in mid-to-senior level recruitment across HR & Finance.

He joined Chase Moulande in 2012 recruiting for the payroll, compensation & benefits and rewards sectors, throughout the UK and internationally.

A Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (REC), Richard prides himself on providing a holistic and bespoke service, gaining candidate and client confidence, translating requirements into solutions and delivering results over and over again.

Anthony Coen

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Anthony is CIPD qualified, with a wealth of experience in technical and specialist recruitment.

He has good knowledge of the payroll, HR and compensation & benefits sectors with an in-depth understanding of the full recruitment process and supplies payroll and HR professionals to a wide and varied set of clients across the UK and EMEA markets.

Anthony is currently working towards Level 5 CIPD qualification.


Tony English

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Tony is a charismatic recruiter and full of energy. He is a proactive, adaptable and conscientious consultant with experience in a variety of specialist sectors and a good understanding of the payroll industry.

His diplomatic communication skills make him exceptional at building rapport with clients and candidates.

Tony works to the highest professional standards and is a great team player that delivers results.

Abdul Kadir

Senior Resourcer

Since joining us as an apprentice in 2010, Abdul has gained a wealth of knowledge within the payroll, HR, and compensation & benefits sector.

He manages our bespoke candidate database and has adopted the title of “Database Guru” for his in depth-knowledge of the system and its capabilities.

Abdul has a great rapport with candidates at all levels from assistant to director level.

Carla York

Finance Manager

Carla is AAT qualified with over 20 years of experience in financial management and accounting. She oversees our finance department, managing all financial reporting, accounting, budgets and payroll.
