JOB DESCRIPTION

My client is a leading accountancy and consulting firm who provide bespoke payroll bureau services.

Due to strategic expansion, they are recruiting a Payroll Director to take responsibility for the payroll function and develop their service offering - ensuring seamless delivery to existing and new clients

Candidates will be experienced UK payroll professionals with experience of managing and motivating a team and providing strategic direction.

Candidates will need to demonstrate previous experience of client payroll delivery and working with colleagues to expand services through identifying opportunities within existing clients and assisting in identifying and developing new clients.

• Communication with clients regarding payroll queries, payroll issues and problem solving
• Calculation of SSP, SMP, SAP etc.
• Assisting with reconciliation and year end process
