An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator in London on a permanent basis.

Main duties include: Processing high volume payrolls from start to finish, manual calculations, processing statutory obligations such as SSP & SMP, reconciliations, dealing with payroll queries, submission of RTI to HMRC and ensure the compliance of all payrolls.

Our client is an established provider of professional services to a growing client base.

The requirement is for a Payroll Administrator to work as part of a team processing multi payrolls for a portfolio of clients.

Main Responsibilities of the role include

• Processing and managing a selection of client payrolls
• Communication with clients regarding payroll queries, payroll issues and problem solving
• Calculation of SSP, SMP, SAP etc.
• Assisting with reconciliation and year end process

Candidate will have experience of processing weekly (desirable) and monthly payrolls within a client payroll environment

Working with the Payroll Manager – duties will include:

• Delivery of an accurate start to finish payroll process on a monthly basis

• RTI submission
• Month & Year End reporting & reconciliation
• Pension Auto Enrolment
• Employee payroll queries

Experience of using ADP Freedom is required
