JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client a global organisation located in Glasgow are recruiting for a Deputy Head of EMEA Payroll Operations

This is a senior role and requires an individual who can deputise for the Head of Payroll and take responsibility for managing a large team – processing payroll for UK employees and multiple payrolls with the EMEA region (circa 20 countries)

Candidates will have significant operational leadership, with demonstrable experience of succeeding in a similar environment and in particular knowledge of managing vendor relations

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a multi country payroll function, proven stakeholder and vendor management experience, experience of benefits including pension schemes, Executive Compensation and the ability to review and improve processes.
