My client a well-respected long standing specialist fabric supplier with sites based in Bradford and Europe are looking for a Sales and Export Administrator to support the internal team.

Their increasing expansion and continued success yet still retaining the ethos of a family business has created opportunity (at the site in Bradford) for someone who has excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.

The role is a fantastic opening if you are looking to bring your current skill set and are hungry to develop new ones within a thriving and busy sales, manufacturing, and distribution environment.

No two days will be the same!

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Taking Sales and general enquires via email and phone
  • Raising purchase orders, goods received
  • Monitoring collections / deliveries
  • Arranging collections, Royal Mail FedEx, export shipments
  • Updating website with new ranges / news stories etc.
  • Shade card creation, ensure shade cards / hangers are available
  • Lab dip management and creation
  • General client administration
  • General support to the management team
  • Ordering office supplies


Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm (30 min lunch unpaid) Friday 08.30am- 2.00pm (no lunch)


£19,000 - £21,000 DOE

Working in a friendly environment, the Customer Service Team work to provide an unparalleled service. You will be working on a rotational basis both from home and in the office.

    Customer Service Representatives deal with all enquiries received from both customers, clients and other stakeholders, focusing on providing the best outcome for both the customer and the business.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    Previous customer service experience although not essential as full training will be givenProfessional, friendly and empathetic telephone mannerConfident listener and quick problem solver, finding the best solution in all instancesAble to deal with complex cases, resolve conflicts and build rapportAdaptable and resilient, with a willingness to learn & developCompetent IT skills

    Our client based in Northwest Leeds, a global organisation specialising in Consultancy Services have an opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join their IT services Team. Based in Leeds office you'll support and assist the business across the UK and Europe. Key components include, servers, the wide area and local networks, Wifi, Windows desktop, unified communications and cloud (M365, Azure AD, OneDrive, Arc, EndPoint Manager and Defender ATP). Focusing on the user experience and security.

    You will be required to pro actively improve, optimise, converge, and develop the infrastructure with future capacity in mind, managing multiple projects and responsibilities. Provide advice and guidance on maintaining the cloud, server, network and security environments, plan and instigate hardware and software upgrades as required, and ensure that planned processes have been completed satisfactorily.

    Duties and responsibilities include but not be limited to:

My client, a surgery providing high quality and efficient care to the local community have an opening for an Administrator to join their values driven Epilepsy Service Team. Based in BD7, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has ability to work within a team where the primary focus of the role is to provide high quality support through a caring and understanding around this very specialised service.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in healthcare and experience with SystmOne, however this is a desirable, if you have a willingness to learn and can demonstrate a solid background in administrative support then this could be the role for you.

You'll be required to:

  • Receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare
  • Provide general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
  • Work within all relevant practice policies, procedural guidelines, protocols, and the Practice values to the agreed practice standards.
  • Provide efficient administration support and development of the electronic patient record.
  • Work as part of a team and on own when required to do so.
  • Daily computer administration work as necessary comprising of SystmOne, Excel, Database & Lexacom applications.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Registration process of referrals.
  • Incoming/outgoing post.
  • Chase results (MRI, EEG's etc) daily data entry to record accurate information.
  • Attaching & scanning of documents, photocopying/faxing/shredding.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls from patients and other organisations.
  • Liaising with secondary care providers and other non-NHS organisations.
  • Taking meeting minutes when requested to do so.
  • Book/cancel/change patient appointments, apply clinic rotas, book to and from waiting lists.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required.
  • Work with Epilepsy Manager to ensure all office hours are adequately covered.
  • Book Epilepsy & Buccal Training when required.

Salary £19,000 - £20,000 DOE

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week flexible start and finish time
