My client based in Leeds, an independent company with 20 years' experience in design, sourcing and Nationwide installation of equipment are looking for a Project Manager to join their Projects Team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting & growing business. A varied role where two days are never the same. There is opportunity to travel, meet clients and manage interesting turnkey projects. This opportunity is due to the continuing successes of the company.

Are you?

Outgoing, Patient, Results-Orientated, Strong-willed, Optimistic, Accommodating, Enthusiastic, good at problem solving and using own initiative multi-tasking, can work to tight timelines and proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Applications, 2-4 years' experience in a similar role.

As Project Manager you will oversee and coordinate your own workload of multiple interior projects interior fit out, partitioning systems, and storage equipment installations to time and budget ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining/ increasing estimated profit margins.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing a project from handover to completion -on time, to budget
  • Procurement of materials, labour, plant etc
  • Site surveys and installation drawings
  • Co-ordination of multiple contractors - preparing program of works
  • Preparation of all relevant health and safety documents, including acting as principal contractor when required, following CDM regulations
  • Monitoring progress of projects and carrying out site inspections
  • Liaising with the customer throughout project, carry out site progress meetings as and

when required

  • Responsible for submitting all invoices throughout the project up to completion

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00

Holiday: 20 3 for Christmas shut down SBH

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE Uncapped Bonus

Company car after probation

Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar role
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Clean)
  • Ability to work away from home from time to time to suit the needs of the business
  • Experience acting as Principal Contractor

    Our client based in Northwest Leeds, a global organisation specialising in Consultancy Services have an opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join their IT services Team. Based in Leeds office you'll support and assist the business across the UK and Europe. Key components include, servers, the wide area and local networks, Wifi, Windows desktop, unified communications and cloud (M365, Azure AD, OneDrive, Arc, EndPoint Manager and Defender ATP). Focusing on the user experience and security.

    You will be required to pro actively improve, optimise, converge, and develop the infrastructure with future capacity in mind, managing multiple projects and responsibilities. Provide advice and guidance on maintaining the cloud, server, network and security environments, plan and instigate hardware and software upgrades as required, and ensure that planned processes have been completed satisfactorily.

    Duties and responsibilities include but not be limited to:
