HR Administrator

The HR Administrator will work as part of a busy HR Team. Working remotely if wanted – but a requirement to go to the London office circa 2 days per week in the future.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department
• Responsibility for the recruitment administrative processes including drafting job descriptions, positing and tracking online adverts, shortlisting applicants etc.
• Prepare offer letters and contracts
• Undertake employment checks including references.
• Support the Onboarding process
• Maintaining HR Records (sickness and holiday leave etc)

Applicants will be experienced HR Administrators with experience of the employee life-cycle within a fast paced environment

Working knowledge of Workday would be an advantage

Senior Payroll Administrator

Working as part of a busy payroll team – the successful candidate will assist with the processing of high volume payroll
Candidates will have experience of processing start to finish payroll, manual calculations, statutory payments, reconciliation and reporting to internal department and external bodies

Candidates will have experience of high volume payrolls and be able to achieve in a pressurised environment, ensuring deadlines are met.

Knowledge of SAP Payroll is a must

They are seeking to engage a Payroll Manager to take responsibility for the payroll function, working with colleagues to process payroll for circa 6,000 employees per month

The requirement is for a Payroll Administrator to work as part of a team processing multi payrolls for a portfolio of clients.

Main Responsibilities of the role include

• Processing and managing a selection of client payrolls
